We provide assistance to insurance agents of all types who are trying to determine the most appropriate carrier acquisition options for their agencies, whether new or existing operations. We help agents through the decision-making process, in terms of partnering with the most appropriate property & casualty insurance group: insurance networks, premium aggregators, insurance franchises, marketing groups, alliance groups, clusters, etc. We also provide assistance to agents in the development of their formal marketing plans.

About Phil Tuccy
During Phil’s 45 years in the insurance industry, he spent 21 years at Selective Insurance Company in a variety of marketing and managerial positions and 13 years with the Iroquois Group as a Senior Regional Manager, working with agencies, primarily in the Northeast and in Florida.
He is licensed in FL for both Property & Casualty and Life, Health and Annuities. He formed Insurance Group Consulting (IGC) in 2013 to assist agents in the acquisition of markets solutions fitted to their specific situations and needs.
About Lynne Tuccy
Lynne has over 25 years in the Human Resources field with a wide variety of experience, including risk management, training programs development, EEO/affirmative action and legal compliance. She graduated cum laude from Webster University with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources. She holds senior professional certifications from both the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Lynne worked for 25 years at TESSCO Technologies in a variety of managerial positions. She is the past president of the Sarasota-Manatee HR Association.
